Our Story
In 2008, our MD and founder, Nick Leigh, launched Tailored Entertainment with just three acts: OJ’s Soul Band, Live Karaoke Band and The MT Collective. As the business accelerated, more musicians and band leaders joined our ranks - eager to work with an agency that delivers world-class artist development alongside a seamless booking process.
From the beginning, Tailored’s focus has been to provide an impeccable experience for our clients and authentic, touring-level quality from the acts we represent. These values have driven our growth from a small start-up to an industry-leading agency, connecting the UK’s finest musicians with expert management to create unforgettable entertainment experiences.
By 2014, our thriving network allowed us to launch a host of acts that set the standard for the UK wedding and function market, including Soul Supreme, Gatsby’s Jukebox and LFX. These bands established the 'Tailored' benchmark: professional, high-energy and impeccably polished.
2018 saw our reach go global with Tailored Worldwide, providing talent for international cruise line contracts, while 2019 expanded our DJ roster with the launch of high-impact DJ Live acts like Brass Monkeys and DJ Ryan.
Throughout 2023 and 2024, we focused on producing and managing the UK's premier party bands, introducing exceptional new talent like Neon Sky, HYPR and Soul Liberation Funk, while continuing to refresh established favourites like Sega and the Boombox.
Looking Forward: 2025 & 2026
As we move through 2026, Tailored Entertainment continues to define the cutting edge of live music. We have recently launched a brand-new promo for LFX, showcasing their status as the UK's ultimate showband for pop and club anthems.
We have also stayed ahead of the curve with the massive rise in popularity of modern Country music. Our specialist acts, Divebar Jukebox and Show Me Country, have become some of our most sought-after bookings, bringing that authentic Nashville energy to UK stages. Simultaneously, the demand for 'DJ Live' fusion continues to grow; our roster of DJ, Sax and live percussion acts - led by the incredible The New Classics - offers a sophisticated, high-octane alternative to the traditional band setup.
