Our professional Lake District party bands typically start from £1,250. This starting price secures a high-calibre four-piece band with full production. For larger 'showband' lineups or premium acts, costs will increase accordingly. Every quote we provide is fully inclusive of travel, high-quality PA equipment and lighting, ensuring a top-class sound at any venue across the National Park.

Your hire with us is secured by a formal contract, typically requiring a 20% deposit to confirm the date. The balance payment is then due 28 days before your event date.

Transparency is key to our service. Most of our acts include travel within a 30-mile radius of their base in their standard rate. Because the Lake District can involve unique travel logistics, rest assured that your initial quote will be 100% inclusive of all travel costs to your specific venue—whether you’re on the shores of Windermere or in a secluded valley—with no hidden 'on-the-day' surprises.

To secure your first-choice act, we recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance. The Lake District is one of the UK’s most in-demand wedding destinations, and our elite bands often see their peak summer Saturdays and popular autumn dates disappear up to two years ahead.

Typically, our bands provide 2 x 60-minute or 3 x 40-minute live sets - carefully curated to build momentum and keep your dance floor packed. In addition to the live performance, every Tailored Entertainment booking includes a complimentary bespoke DJ service for the gaps between sets and until the end of the night, ensuring the party in the Lakes never stops.
