“When my partner and I decided to stray from tradition and infuse our wedding with our love for punk pop music, we knew finding the right band was crucial. Kerrashed!, the absolute highlight of our reception and the talk of the wedding long after the big day. From the moment they hit the stage, Kerrashed! brought an energy that was infectious. Their electrifying performance had everyone on their feet, from the young punks to the seasoned rockers in our families. The band's passion for their music was palpable, and it resonated throughout the entire venue. What truly set Kerrashed! apart was their ability to cater to our unique tastes while still keeping the crowd engaged. They flawlessly blended our favourite classic punk anthems with harder, rockier tracks, creating a setlist that had something for everyone. Each song was delivered with raw energy and impeccable musicianship, leaving us and our guests craving more. Beyond their undeniable talent, Kerrashed! were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were professional, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day unforgettable. From helping us select the perfect songs for our first dance to seamlessly coordinating with our venue, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The memories created on the dance floor that night are ones we'll cherish forever, thanks in large part to Kerrashed! If you're looking to inject some punk rock spirit into your wedding celebration, look no further than Kerrashed! They are the ultimate choice for couples who dare to be different and want their wedding to rock the house down. Thank you, Kerrashed! for giving us the soundtrack to the most epic night of our lives. You truly made our wedding unforgettable, and we can't wait to catch your next show!”

“Thank you so much to the band. Our guests were blown away by their performance. I've never seen the dance floor stay so busy for so long at a wedding. Lots of our guests have since messaged us to say Kerrashed! were the best band they've ever seen at a wedding, and we agree. They did a brilliant job with our first dance request, which was a complicated request. The setlist was perfect and offered something for everyone. It's not everyday you see stage diving, mosh pits and wall's of death at a wedding. Unbelievable! Kerrashed! were the first supplier we booked for our wedding more than 18 months ago, and they were certainly the best thing we booked. Thanks so much to all of the band, who were really personable and mingled with our guests and other suppliers.”

“Absolutely amazing band, arrived plenty early & chilled out with the guests! Amazing that they managed to learn our first dance song so quickly and so well! It's very non-alternative genre so we were thinking we might have to go with a recording but they surprised us on the day and It was brilliant. Can't recommend these guys enough!”

“Kerrashed! were absolutely amazing for mine and Jasmine’s wedding. They fit in with our plans amazingly, their song choice was exactly what we wanted, they brought the energy and smashed it out the park. They kept the dance floor full and everyone entertained, I’m surprised I had a voice the next morning. I also appreciate how active and responsive they’ve been on social media, it really has meant a lot to my wife and it’s continued our experience beyond just the day. People always talk about how expensive things are when it comes to weddings and a band is definitely up there, but they earned every penny. Kerrashed! weren’t our original pick, but I’m really glad our previous couldn’t fulfil our needs. You folks were awesome and amazing at what you do!”

“The two most common comments back we got from attendees were: (1) Andy's mom is very drunk; and (2) that band is amazing! Kerrashed! were all we hoped for AND MORE. Having the female vocals included was worth every penny - the way she worked the crowd, danced with us, got us singing. It was absolutely epic. I was so sweaty from dancing, and desperate to get outside for some air, but they would play banger after banger, stopping me from ever wanting to leave the dance floor. Their sets were so well put together (and they helped DJ a bit longer than closing time, due to timing issues preventing us from getting a full first set) - they were cooperative with venue logistics - they just made the day so damn special in ways I cannot put to words. I would relive having them as the band at our wedding every day if I could. Amazing. Thank you to Tailored Entertainment for helping with logistics too - you have been a pleasure to work with and will be the first band-sourcing recommendation I tell anyone in need in future!”

FAQ

Can we see you play live before booking?

Yes - if you can make it we'd love to see you at one of our shows at The Camp & Furnace in Liverpool. Upcoming dates are:

• Friday 24th May 2024
• Friday 12th July 2024
• Saturday 21st September 2024
• Saturday 16th November 2024

For more info, visit:
https://campandfurnace.com/whats-on

Do you take requests?

We are happy to perform one special request for you - for weddings this is usually the first dance. You can also let us know your preferences from the repertoire, as well as send up to 30 requests for the DJ set - so you can be sure to hear all your favourites on the evening.

How long do you take to set-up?

Up to 90 minutes. If you are organising a wedding or event where the evening reception is in the same room as your meal, we often arrive to set-up while the room is turned around - we can have background music playing within around 30 minutes of load in.

What time do you play?

At a time to suit your event, standard prices are for 2 hours of live music (split 2 x 60 or 3 x 40 minute sets), any time between 7pm and midnight.

How long do you play for?

We perform 2 x 60 or 3 x 40-minute live sets in the evening and also provide a pre-mixed DJ service (tailored to your tastes) before and after live sets, so your whole night of entertainment is covered in one booking.

Can you provide music for our drinks reception?

Yes - we can perform a 1 x 60-minute full band acoustic set as an add-on, which is perfect for during drinks or dinner, you can see a video sample of this set here.

What is the difference between the ‘pre-mixed DJ service’ that comes with the standard package and the 'band member to DJ live' which is an optional extra?

The pre-mixed DJ service is where the band put on a bespoke playlist (you can request up to 30 songs in advance for this) through the PA before and after their live sets. We do this at most events and it works great - the volume of the music would be the same as if you had a DJ.

If you upgrade to the live DJ service, you can still send over preferences in advance, but you will also have a band member selecting and mixing tracks live on the night, as well as taking requests. The DJ will be happy to make important announcements but they will not talk constantly over or between tracks (that's just not our style!). We also think it's important to say that the DJ won't have a separate DJ booth - they will set up in an appropriate space (ideally to the side of the stage) and the PA/lighting will be the same as what is being used by the band.

Do you have your own PA and lighting?

Yes – all included in the price. You won't have to hire any additional equipment in.

What is the website guide price based on?

The published guide price covers our 4 and 5-piece options, from off peak to peak Saturday, performing at a venue within 30 miles of our base in Liverpool. We charge travel costs for venues further than 30 miles, and if your venue is more than a 2 hours 30 mins drive home, we charge a bit extra so we can book accommodation. For an accurate quote please contact us with your event date and venue details.

Our venue has a noise limiter, can you work with that?

Yes, we regularly work at venues with noise limiters and should be OK to work with yours - please let us know your venue requirements ahead of booking. We are happy to contact the venue in advance of the event to make sure we have all the required information to enable us to plan accordingly.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?

Yes.

Will you perform our first dance?

Yes, as long as we have three weeks' notice we will learn the first dance of your choice.

How much space do you require?

We can usually adapt to tight spaces, but ideally a minimum of around 3m x 5m.

How much power do you require?

Ideally 4 x 13 amp sockets in the stage/performance area, although 2 x 13-amp sockets should be fine for our system.

Do I need to provide food/drinks?

Yes please - the band's standard rider is for a hot meal and soft drinks for the band members or a £15 pp rider buyout.

I really want to have a great party with everyone on the dance floor - are you the right band for that?

Absolutely! We are a professional function band and have an infectious live show that guarantees a packed dance floor and a party that you and your guests will remember for years to come! Our repertoire covers the best of 90s pop punk and 00s festival headliners - there'll be something to get everyone on the dance floor. We also provide a bespoke DJ service before and after live sets, so you can be sure to hear all of your favourites on the night.

• Friday 24th May 2024
• Friday 12th July 2024
• Saturday 21st September 2024
