South Wales Bands For Hire

Our professional South Wales party bands typically start from around £1,250. This secures a high-calibre 3 or 4-piece band with full production. For larger 'showband' lineups or premium acts, costs will increase accordingly. Every quote we provide is fully inclusive of travel, high-quality PA equipment and lighting, ensuring a top-class sound at any venue across the region, from Cardiff to the Gower.

Your hire with us is secured by a formal contract, typically requiring a 20% deposit to confirm the date. The balance payment is then due 28 days before your event date.

Transparency is key to our service. Our bands guide price will cover them travelling up to 30 miles from their base location. If your venue is further afield for them - perhaps on the Gower Peninsula or in the heart of the Brecon Beacons - a travel fee will be added. Rest assured, your initial quote will be 100% inclusive of all costs, with no hidden 'on-the-day' surprises.

To secure your first-choice act, we recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance. South Wales is home to some of the UK's most popular wedding venues and our elite bands often see their summer Saturdays and key festive dates disappear up to two years ahead.

Typically, our bands provide 2 x 60-minute or 3 x 40-minute live sets - carefully curated to build momentum and keep your dance floor packed. In addition to the live performance, every Tailored Entertainment booking includes a complimentary bespoke DJ service for the gaps between sets and the end of the night, ensuring the party never stops.
