For professional UK bands hired to perform internationally, we recommend a base-level starting price of around £2500 for a 4-piece band. At this price, you’re ensuring that your wedding band is made up of the UK’s very best professional musicians with the requisite skill set to entertain at the most exclusive events. On top of the act's hire fee, you will need to cover the cost of flights, transfers, accommodation, food/soft drinks and all equipment hire. We can provide you with detailed tech specs to pass on to your local wedding planner and/or AV supplier to gain quotes for the equipment hire. Keep in mind that this is a starting price, and some bands (especially with large line-ups) are going to cost more than this.

Our team will quote you a fee to cover the artist's time and performance. On top of that you will be responsible for covering the cost of flights, transfers, accommodation, food and soft drinks, all equipment hire, as well as any visa costs. Lots of our bands also offer ‘optional extras’ for an additional fee. These include services such as afternoon drinks reception add-ons, roaming acoustic sets, ‘band as DJ’ sets, early load-in and late finishes. You’ll find all these options listed in the band’s profile.
Typically, the band will bring ‘breakables’ like guitars and cymbals, and all other equipment will need to be sourced from a hire company local to your venue. We are able to provide you with a detailed tech spec that will make it easy for you or your wedding planner to get quotes from local suppliers.
