“It was my son Drew's 18th birthday party, and there were about 100 young guests, Drew said Chartz looked fantastic, their music was contemporary with a very good range. All of the singers were excellent, in particular the female lead vocalist who was very charismatic indeed. Drew said his friends thought the band really added to the whole party atmosphere, and he has had many thank you texts today really praising Chartz. “Hi Phoebe, The A-List were absolutely incredible! We are not just saying this because it was our wedding: they were simply the best live band I have seen at a function.
We asked for a range of songs for the DJ set, from 60s to present day, all of which were to be upbeat to get everybody dancing. Not only did they meet this criteria in the DJ set, they did exactly the same in their live set! There was not a single dull moment all evening, and the dance floor was packed from start to finish.
The band members were all very friendly and introduced themselves to us at the start, congratulating us on our marriage. They engaged well with the audience throughout the night too. Their performance of 'Better Together' by Jack Johnson for our first dance was perfect and we will always cherish and enjoy that memory. The A-List made our evening reception so enjoyable and they were a highlight of most of the guests. When reminiscing about our wedding, people always comment on how fantastic they were.
