“I cannot believe (well, I can, I saw the videos) just how good the band were. Everyone at the wedding was so complimentary about them and the bopping and Charleston-ing was constant. Their energy and sound were excellent and they were also just really friendly and lovely. Their style (intentionally!) really fit our gorgeous Art Deco theatre venue and was exactly what we wanted. Our photographer took some excellent pictures of their set and you can just tell from everyone's faces what an amazing time they were having listening and dancing. Thank you so so much!”

“The Small Things played at our wedding in May 2025. They were absolutely fantastic. The playlist was brilliant, we had everyone from 6 to 89 on the dance floor at points in the evening enjoying the music. There was something for everyone, and they sounded incredible. The dance floor was never empty and we have had lots of family and friends tell us how wonderful the band were. They played our first dance song, and this was really special. “Light Years were both epic and amazing at our recent wedding! The dance floor was packed for the whole evening and I (the bride) did not leave the dance floor for the whole night. All of our guests have been talking about the band and how they are one of the BEST wedding bands they've seen! Light Years read the room incredibly well and each song had our guests singing and dancing the night away. A bit of Jamiroquai even got my mum up on the dance floor! The Sandstorm/Alice Deejay/Faithless medley at the end of the evening was a real highlight. I don't think our guests were expecting it but it was amazing! A special thanks to Light Years for playing our First Dance request. We only requested this 4 weeks before the date and it was just brilliant. We wish we had recorded it! Thank you for making our wedding reception one to remember!”
