Ever fancied tying the knot beneath a canopy of stars? Well at We The Curious you can do just that - in their amazing 3D Planetarium! This suggestion comes from DJ Paul, one of the biggest wedding DJ's in the South West, having performed here on multiple occasions. Located right on the vibrant Bristol Harbourside, We The Curious is an interactive science centre complete with a full wedding package to suit lots of vibes and budgets.
Take to the sea for your wedding nuptials! Brunel’s SS Great Britain was built in 1843 and, upon completion, was described as ‘the greatest experiment since The Creation’. It’s a completely unique setting in which to get married, with incredible views right down the Avon Gorge from the top deck.
Here’s a venue suggested by our awesome Bristol-based Soul Liberation Funk. Located in the uber-trendy city centre location of Easton, The Trinity Centre has made a name for itself as one of the South West’s best arts facilities. And you can throw your wedding there, too! To finish us off, Bristol wedding band Just For Tonight bring us one of their all-time favourite venues. Sitting within the majestic Mendip Hills, Aldwick Court is a rustic 17th century farmhouse that was the subject of a tasteful renovation in 2013. You can enjoy a glass or two of their gorgeous English wines amidst wedding facilities that are absolutely second to none.
