“Sound system were absolutely amazing. They seamlessly arrived, set up and then played a brilliant acoustic set on the deck of our boat. This was followed by another perfect transition into an evening performance which was packed full of fun and energy. They kindly learned and performed a terrific cover of our first dance song, which couldn't have been better. The evening finished with a top notch dj set with all the songs we love. They set up during dinner and sound checked shortly after – no fuss (as far as I'm aware).
They were very thoughtful and even learned a song (Too Much by Sampha) to play acoustically for our first dance – thank you Kirsty and band.

They were professional and friendly throughout, helpful making some announcements to the guests when needed. And they were kind enough to let my friend (and DJ) using their speaker system in their break.

They sounded amazing and really got people dancing with their covers of modern pop and classic soul songs. I and the guests loved them!

“We recently booked Sound System for our wedding party and we could not have been happier. We already knew we loved their sound (and particularly Kirsty's voice) from their promo videos on their website but what we didn't know is how good the band would be a getting everyone on the dance floor. Whilst their songs were not my normal 'favourites' they were far better choices to get everyone involved. Everybody from my 5 year old niece to my 75 year old mother-in-law were up dancing and all our guests couldn't stop saying how great the music was. As normal, we ran a bit behind on the day but Kirsty and the guys were super relaxed in pushing back the set times for us. Thanks so much guys for making our party one to remember and helping us dance the night away. We'll definitely keep Sound System in mind for our future family parties!”
