John is an experienced professional musician with a Masters degree at distinction level in classical guitar.
John has performed internationally as a soloist and in various bands and places including America, Canada and Poland as well as playing regular tours of Western Europe and the UK. John has a repertoire of beautiful music appropriate for weddings, dinners, parties and other events.
John can perform up to 2 hours of live music and comes self-contained with an amplifier and can set-up quickly, which makes him an ideal choice when booking for the wedding ceremony and drinks reception.
Although John is based primarily in Somerset, he is able to travel to many venues across the South.

How long do you take to set-up?
What time do you play?
Any time to suit you, standard prices are for 2 hours of live music, over a maximum of 4 hours on site.
How long do you play for?
Up to 2 hours, split in to sets as required.
Do you have your own amplification?
Yes – all included in the price.
Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?
Will you perform a special request?
Yes, as long as we have two weeks notice John can perform a special request for you.
How much space do you require?
Just enough for chair and a small amp.
How much power do you require?
1 x 13 amp socket.
Do I need to provide food/drinks?
Soft drinks are always much appreciated & for longer days a meal would be great but this is not essential.
